I have owned a Lexus RX 350 and kept using the car dealer' service department since the vehicle delivery for more than five years.I was referred by one of my friend,a long time client who already has been used their service for the past years.Not only their price is reasonable and competitive but also they were friendly and knowledgeable.In addition to that,they did do check major parts of my car visually FREE OF CHARGE when I express my curiosity about an overall condition of the car.I believe It was a good try to find a better solution in terms of cost saving especially.
